Return Policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your new Arbor Novo piece, and we are happy to chat about any issues concerning your satisfaction. We stand behind what we do and we want you to love and use our products.

If you need to discuss or are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at cheers@arbornovo.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are not eligible for return or refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances.

Exchanges must be approved by Arbor Novo. Please email cheers@arbornovo.com if the item you received is defective or has been damaged during transit. Please do not send our items back without our approval. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes, and all related fees are non-refundable, and we will subtract from the value of your exchange/return.

Refunds (if applicable) must be approved by Arbor Novo. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
